Question is: to whom?<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ok, some big changes from our Mock 1.0.\u00a0 Chief among them:\u00a0 Marcus jumps up to number 2.\u00a0 Yeah, yeah, he doesn\u2019t fit Ken Whisenhunt\u2019s system.\u00a0 But the Draft is all about maximizing value.\u00a0 And while you can\u2019t really trust trade rumors prior to the Draft, we do believe that the Titans will trade out of this spot.\u00a0 There are several rumored teams (Philly, Cleveland, San Diego) that want to move up.\u00a0 Tennessee could stockpile picks and still have a mid-first round needed muscle on the defensive line.\u00a0 The Saints would love it if Shane Ray falls to them.\u00a0 It\u2019s looking more and more likely that the Texans will draft Todd Gurley.\u00a0 Gurley needs to go to a team where he will not be expected to contribute a full load right away, given his knee injury.\u00a0 Whatever teams takes him will likely have an aging running back on their roster and looking to start the transition.\u00a0 This aptly describes the Texans, who could still rely on Arian Foster in the short term and let Gurley ease into the offense.<\/p>\n<table
